Added "Add-CWMTicketChildren" function #48

Don't think i've done the psboundparameters properly but it works!

@BenTrustack - I didn't notice this pull request was for Child tickets! I've just updated my PR ( #49 ) to include a similar function "New-CWMTicketChild" that allows you to specify if you wish to Merge or Bundle the child ticket(s).
