This ties in with work on #2 We need some tests to make sure that libsbn (and our interface with it) match up with the Tensorflow implementations. So far it seems that some things are not going right on the WNV dataset.
It might be time to consider using the rooted API properly (setting heights) rather than setting branch lengths.
