Not able to add certificate #5

I am using windows 8 and firefox version 47 and I am not able to add cerificate. It compiles successfully without any error?Please provide some solution

There may be some problem with .pem file. I can successfully add certificates in Firefox 49.0.1.

Please provide your full procedure for further analysis.
