Do you have any guide to program AC690x?

In the following repository I updated the english version of the readme files and included translation files to set it up: https://github.com/Yennoccm/fw-AC63_BT_SDK

but I still cannot seem to get a version of the JLtoolchain. If any can get a version of this I would love to stick this into the reporsitory instead of having to go the baidu link which I can not get an account registered in america.

I've mamaged to get the newest sdk along with some examples and a full datasheet. Enjoy.
