Fix to support Google's CardDAV #20

Thanks for the handy PHP CardDAV class. :-)

This is a fix to support Google.com as well as existing CardDAV servers, there's been a couple users reporting issues around connecting to Google servers.

Relates to issue https://github.com/graviox/CardDAV-PHP/issues/16
