iCloud Support? #11

Any chance of support in iCloud CardDAV? I can't seem to get it to work with the current version.. I'm guessing it much be doing something different. I knew a few other people have managed to get it to work as I have a CardDAV sync on my Android phone that it works with.

I think they may use some sort of Challenge/Response type auth from a packet sniff.

OPTIONS //principal/ HTTP/1.1 Host: p01-contacts.icloud.com User-Agent: AddressBook/6.1 (1083) CardDAVPlugin/200 CFNetwork/520.3.2 Mac_OSX/10.7.3 (11D50) Content-Length: 0 Accept: /_ Accept-Language: en-us Accept-Encoding: gzip, deflate Authorization: X-MobileMe-AuthToken = Connection: keep-alive

http://icloud.niftyside.com/ may add some insight, although it's for iCal, it seems the same method is used for iCloud.

Hi, I would try to add iCloud support but I don't have an apple device. So I can't access or test the iCloud :(

Xevian commented 12 years ago

http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/pc.html , I believe all you need is an AppleID to use it.

christian-putzke commented 12 years ago

I've created an AppleID and tried to use the iCloud but I got an error message that I need an iCloud registered device (iPod, iPhone, iPad or something like that) to use iCloud.

.< Worth a shot, Maybe I can have a hack at when I get some time.

I allready have an iCloud account but my freetime is very limited at the moment so that I didn't have enough time to add iCloud support. I'm sorry.
