Write message from CardDav Adressbook doesn't work #15

Hi,

when I'm in carddav adressbook and click on the "write message" button, I get the message "no contacts found" and I'm not redirected to write message view. Everything works fine in my local adressbook.

This is fixed in Version 2.8 of the myroundcube fork. http://code.google.com/p/myroundcube/issues/detail?id=410
