Make CardDav addressbooks selectable as default addressbook for new contacts #33

With this change it is possible to select a CardDav addressbook as default for new contacts (Issue #23)

But is it possible to make the CardDav addressbook as default for new users?

On main.inc.php you can configure: $rcmail_config['default_addressbook'] = null; But the CardDav-Source is user-defined.
