Adding new contacts on SabreDAV based servers #45

Adding new contacts e.g. Roundcube 0.8.4 UI I get the error: "An error occurred while saving."

This error occurs in all SabreDAV based carddav servers up to SabreDAV versions 1.6.3-stable (2012-06-12): https://github.com/evert/SabreDAV/blob/1.6/ChangeLog Line:35

I have the same error with Baïkal 0.2.4.

I have that error in log file [28-Mar-2013 17:23:28 +0100]: v0.5.1 | carddav_server_id: 1 | CardDAV-Server XML-Response is malformed. Synchronization aborted!
