Problems with OWC 5.0.4 #50

If i am trying to sync with OWC 5.0.4 i throws this error:

Serverfehler! (Internal Server Error)

Logs shows:

[17-Apr-2013 14:24:06 +0000]: v0.5.1 | carddav_server_id: 8 | Starting CardDAV-Addressbook synchronization [17-Apr-2013 14:24:06 +0000]: v0.5.1 | carddav_server_id: 8 | Connected to the CardDAV-Server https://XXXXX/remote.php/carddav/addressbooks/XXXX/contacts

same with this url: https://xxxxxx/apps/contacts/carddav.php/addressbooks/xxxxxx/contacts

Do you still see the problem with OC 6.01? It is working here on my site...
