single quote character in password not possible #92

I noticed that using a single quote character ' in a password is not possible. Trying to save the carddav configuration just errors out with a connection to the CardDav server is not being possible. Other special characters are fine.

I'm using the current HEAD.

P.S.: also double quote " doesn't seem to work
