As a recruiter I need understandable, interesting, grammatically and spelling correct and short sentences So that so that I enjoy reading and read more than I thought I would.

Details and Assumptions:

Just a rough read. Everything fits. I've realized that it's too perfectionist and ineffective to check everything again and revise it if necessary. It's more important for my future to start new projects and acquire new skills and knowledge. Who knows when the site will be restructured (e.g. because I'm no longer an SAP developer or the projects listed change).
