User Statement

As a Product Owner, I want a README and a wiki with details about the goals of our project made available in our public repository so that anyone accessing our repository can quickly understand our project goals.

Engineering Response

We will generate some information about the project to place in both our README and our project wiki. This information will include an introduction to the project and some of the project's eventual goals.

Technical Breakout
