Use checkout directory name as default working copy name

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Checkout working copy (for example, 
http://google-toolbox-for-mac.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ to directory with name 
google_toolbox)
2. Observe default working copy name.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Actual result is "<repo name> Working Copy". But it would be nice to use 
checkout directory name as default working copy name, i.e. "google_toolbox". 
For example, when I checkout trunk and some branches to different directories, 
I give different names to these directories. But default working copy name is 
the same for all these working copies. As for me, checkout directory name is a 
natural way to give more meaningful default names to working copies.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
svnX 1.3.3 on Mac OS X 10.6.8.

I cannot change issue type, it should be enhancement, not defect.
