double-click 'Browse as a sub-repository' not working #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Double-click any item in the browser
2. nothing happens
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Switches to its log.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1b0 r93
10.5.6

Due to a "missing link" in a NIB file that should have been in r90.  [I hate 
NIB files!]
[Fixed in r94]
