Diff files from the repository doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose any files in the repository
2. Select Diff and choose with which revision to compare
3. Click on 'Compare selected to marked'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
open BBEdit or filemerge and get a view with compare files. Both are installed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0 and 1.1b3

Please provide any additional information below.
Diff functionnality work with the working copy view but not with the repository 
view

Of course it does work :-).

What do the info & log drawers in the Activity window show when you click 
'Compare selected to marked'?
Does it actually launch FileMerge - but display nothing?
What version of Subversion are you using on which OS version?
