Improvements #160

Controller and Config cleanups. For example see https://github.com/christian1980nrw/Spotmarket-Switcher/issues/159 Config Version 2 is needed now (see sample config). Moved not necessary controller parts to license.txt.

New feature: Turn off ESS if switching is executed and charging is not economic (keeps the battery full). See https://github.com/christian1980nrw/Spotmarket-Switcher/issues/158
