Add skeleton

• [x] Use schadcn Skeleton
• [x] Should the whole page use Skeleton?
  • We want to use server side rendering, and putting Skeleton on the whole website would be a miss of Server Side Rendering.
  • [ ] Spend at least 1 Story point fixing Hydrations error, Issue #15

Moved until we have real data that we fetch. The skeleton should be only used for async data, server side rendering should not be reason to add skeleton
