Bin is auto forked on any change in it

@Guria No it doesn't (you can save, but it doesn't change the permalink).

That said, webpackbin2 as per the test version seems to have 'Copy Bin' feature which solves this problem, available from the left-hand menu (click the three bars in the top left).
