Login dialog is not configurable - need show/hide Model types #9

Currently we show the three Model types in the login dialog. We should be able
to configure a particular instance of JE to use only ever a particular model
type, if that's what a user/admin wants.
We can define the login options in a config file.

Login panel now shows options for models one (local filesystem), two (JNDI) and
three (RMI).

JNDI is currently disabled pending further testing with a correctly configured
JNDI resource but model one is now supported.
