WIP: stats GUI

Opening this to keep you in the loop. Still a lot of work and cleaning up to do:

• [x] Add validators to parameter entry fields
• [x] Refactor InitUI methods into InitWidgets() and PositionWidgets() methods for clarity
• [ ] Unit tests for all components
• [ ] End-to-end test with sample data

Screencap attached; it's actually fairly dynamic, but I've accidentally made it hard to get it going without a data directory expected by the DatasetSTCLoader (because the GUI constructor takes an instance of the loader). I'll throw together a short script this week that should let you play around with it with fake data if you're interested.
