Configure file hooks plugin at central or server level #18

Hi,

Currently, this plugin is configurable at each repository level. We want to prevent all users from uploading large files, so we will have to configure it at central level or server level.

How can we configure it at server level and not provide access to project admins to change the default values.

Please guide us if anything is already available in market. Can we configure the values globally and make the values (text fields) not editable?

Hi @bagulr,

currently the the configuration can be done only on a per repo level. There is no real good concept and API support in Bitbucket (Stash) for global configuration of hooks, so therefore not too many hooks support this and have come up with their own solution.

Is it possible to configure the file hook directly on the server or is this configured in the bitbucket/stash database? If it is a hook on the server, it should be possible to automate this with a script for all repo's.
