adds guard to prevent more than one request at the same time #279

Durch den Guard wird kürzeres Poll Intervall ermöglicht, weil die Requests sich nicht überschneiden können. Läuft bei mir mit 3s Abfrage Zeit und Details alle 20 Zyklen stabil.
