available_frequencies missing high freq after trying to repair non power off issue. #1058

RGB30 with latest build. After upgrading device can not be turned off.

Trying to fix with uploaded dtb zip file, after that noticed performance drop. Checked CPU max freq is 1.4GHz:

Reboot the device and the correct dtb should be restored. Or restore the dtb from the original image. You can use 7zip to retrieve it from the image. The best fix for that issue is to open and unplug the battery for 10 seconds then plug the battery battery back in.
