Touch Screen Calibration #1100

Hi there,

I just updated ArkOS (2.0 05242024) on my RG353M, and was excited to see that touch screen was more supported. I tested out a DS game, and tried using the touch screen to enter my character's name at the start of a JRPG, but found that the emulator was registering my touches a bit off, making some edges of the screen impossible to interact with.

It seems like something a calibration tool might fix, but I didn't see one listed in the options. Is there one tucked away somewhere that I'm missing, or is there not one available yet?

Thanks again for all the hard work on this OS. It's really great.

Hi,

There's no calibration tool available for Nintendo DS or Retroarch. It functions more as a mouse than true touch in those emulators. It works great with Mednafen standalone though so NES games like Duck Hunt and Hogan's Alley work great there.

Thank you for the kind words. Enjoy
