Feature Request: Castlevania 30th anniversary edition emulator #184

Wondering if there is a way to port the 30th anniversary edition rom hack of Castlevania to ArkOS shown here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=mO4j6Z3_YlQ

From my understanding, there are two versions of this hack. One uses a modified version of NEStopia to inject the graphics into the game. The developer of the mod, Kya then teamed with the developer of MESEN to create a HD texture pack for MESEN without having to use a hacked version of an emulator.

Because MESEN supports windows and Linux, I'm wondering if it would be possible to add it and the relevant files to the RG351 in a way such as how the PSP emulator files are structured, to play the 30th anniversary hack on the device.

Per a similar request here for MESEN, MESEN is to slow on this platform at this time. Perhaps the situation will improve in the future. I will not be modifying nestopia at this time.
