My RG351P does not want to start anymore #275

Hi

I installed Arkos 1 month ago, it worked very well, and 3 days ago I shut it down normally, and today it doesn't want to start anymore The green led lights up but the console does not vibrate and the screen is black The battery is full I took the console apart to see if there was something to unplug, but no I tried to put a new Arkos image to make it boot on it, but nothing happens Same with Emuelec I pressed «Reset» but nothing happens either

The console seems stuck on startup

Do you have an idea ?

An unfortunate hardware failure. You’ll need to contact Anbernic or the original seller for further advise on a replacement.
