You have to configure it first through retroarch. If you already did and it just suddenly stopped working, you may have hit the home+select key hot button and disabled it. Just hit it again to reenable it.

Same thing happened to me. Wouldn't work. Then read the FAQ and enabled in retroarch. Then it stopped working due to some hot keys I presssd by accident. Easily fixed.

Awesome and I don't plan to because I like this unit and the controls and sleep function work very well on this unit. Take care and enjoy!
