I assume you mean the RG351MP as in your original ticket title. The original bundled otg and wi-fi module from Anbernic work fine on my end. I can only recommend you make sure you connect it fully to the unit of the left port marked otg, and that the unit fully charged and you try it without also charging at the same time. Other than that, I have no other suggestions. You can also try setting up wifi from the retroarch menu as well and see if that's more successful for you.
thanks for your time! I confirm my device is RG351MP. I will do a test as suggested using the retroarch menu for WIFI. The OTG usb is plugged into the port labeled OTG and the device was fully charged. When I plug in the WIFI I hear a beep and I can browse all networks. At this point I hope it is not a hardware problem but as I told You on the native firmware I can navigate on internet.
Obviously I will keep you informed and I renew my congratulations for the magnificent work!
unfortunately I have to confirm the same behavior, in retroarch I can browse the networks but after entering the password it does not connect, on the default firmware I can connect. thank you for your time
Try 351Elec's beta and see if that connects fine for you as well.
just installed the beta of elec351 and I was able to connect. if I have a chance, the only other test that comes to mind since I love Arkos is to use another USB Wi-Fi module.
Interesting. Try the TheRA beta and see if that works. https://techtoytinker.com/handheld-corner

Hello, no I had to return the device, I think it has hardware problems. Regarding the issue, it was probably just my faulty device. Thank you for your time!
