Feature Request - Support for WiFi/Bluetooth adapter based on RTL8821CU #920

I was recently looking for a WiFi/Bluetooth solution for my R36s. On Aliexpress I came across this single-chip adapter that does both. Would it be possible to include support in the next ArkOS? I believe it could be a great addition as in a single OTG connection you could have WiFi and Bluetooth on the R36s.

Hello, I will not be adding support for any additional wireless chipsets besides what's current supported as listed here: https://github.com/retrogamehandheld/oga/wiki/Frequently-Asked-Questions#what-wifi-adapters-work I also will not be adding support for bluetooth for the rk3326 chipset.
