Arcade using RETROARCH-TATE + MAME2003_PLUS A game configured and being played in TATE mode, like 1941 or Arkanoid. On power down, Quick Resume restores the game, but doesn't apply TATE mode.

I'm not sure it will be possible to properly support tate mode for quick boot. I will review this in the future.
