It would be great to have a Docker image so that it's easier to deploy this project to a NAS or home server to run periodically.

I'd be interested in contributing that if you'd be interested in having it.

I think it's a good idea but I would probably not want to maintain a Docker image inside of this GitHub project. I would be happy however to add a link in the Pinboard to Kindle README.md if you want to set up a separate GitHub project for this.
