The simulation examples of PhotoVoltaics.Examples and PhotoVoltaics_TGM are not fully specified. This shall be changed.

This also requires to update some models so that the initial conditions can be set accordingly.

Added start attribute in b515bb63fedbd334668f21e5ba527acba8ad6ad4 in order to access the initial current of the diode(s) to influence the nonlinear solution of the diode characteristic.
