Demo appears broken #5

The demo at http://christianp.github.io/writemaths/ appears broken, at least in Chrome 60.

The text-areas do nothing beyond the normal text editing. (and I tried clicking inside the expressions, as instructed, as well as typing expressions into them)

Whoops - I forgot to update the gh-pages branch after cdn.mathjax.org shut down. Thanks for telling me!
