Add band title after EARFCN in LTE neighbor table #38

While testing the debug apk from 9f55acd, I've noticed that "/Band" is also missing in the neighbor table in LTE mode.

Don't worry about the failing build. It seems that the secrets can't be accessed when running the workflows from a PR, so I need to investigate how to fix that.

However, I did just make some changes to the branch protection rules so you can merge the PR, so try to merge it when you get a chance and hopefully my rule works.

@christianrowlands I'm afraid, my account still lacks the ability to merge on this repo. Or am I missing something?

Hmm, I guess my rule did not work. I will merge this one for now and keep trying to figure out how to setup the rule.
