Import Clf #55

Hello, would it be possible to import clf files with the cell data? You could then select in the settings for the map whether you want to use Opencellid or the clf.

It is certainly possible. The format looks straightforward. It will take me a bit to get everything coded up as this is more effort than the RNC and CID, so don't expect anything super fast, but I will at least look into it.

Where do you typically get your CLF files from?

A clf or Netmonster file has the advantage that I can import the correct locations as a file and then display the actual locations of the base stations on the map.
