Feature: MQTT e2e test
Addition of dockerComposeUp/dockerComposeDown tasks
Restructure of tests to support test suites in the future
Addition of test to validate MQTT server settings in the application apply and work as expected.
Add README for test execution.
Add happy path, full data unit tests for all record types. Structured tests in a way so that in future tickets we can add more conditions.
