Read on scroll doesn’t always work #1099

Describe the bug Some posts never automatically become read when scrolling past.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Scroll
  2. Sometimes posts never mark as read on scroll.

iOS version: 14.0.1 Apollo version: 1.10.4 iOS device: iPhone XS Jailbroken: No Reproducible: Yes, every time.

Expected behavior All posts become read when scrolling past. (Would be super ideal if there was an option to automatically hide read posts).

Can reproduce on iPadOS

I get this issue with iPadOS too. One post that was staying unread persistently was from a subreddit that had a little green loudspeaker horn flair icon next to it. I went to that subreddit and started scrolling and posts became read, but in the Home view, they would stay forever it seems.

I’m not sure what the green loudspeaker means.
