Cannot post pictures in post

Describe the bug When in r/whatisthisbug the photos I select are not uploading to Imgur and it suggests they’re not in the correct format.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: While in the subreddit I went to the upper right hand corner and used “submit post” and created a title and attached the pictures to receive the error.

iOS version: Version of iOS this bug occurred on (can be found in Settings.app > General) 14.8 Apollo version: Version of Apollo this bug occurred on (can be found in Apollo's Settings tab > About) iOS device: For example iPhone XS, iPad mini, etc. iPhone 11 Pro

It's happening the same with me. iOS version: 15.0.2 Apollo version: 1.11.2 iOS device: iPhone XS Jailbroken: no Reproducible: Yes. Everytime.

Expected behavior: Post image.

I can reproduce it every time too. Device: iPad Air 4 Apollo App version: Apollo 1.11.2 Jailbroken: No This error applies to both posting an image in the comments and in posts.

Same issue for me as well.

Same here. Just bought the pro version and it happened on my first attempt to post. Guessing it’s not playing well with Apple’s new heic format? I’m pulling directly from my photo album a brand new photo I just took, so it’s got to be an issue with the format Apple’s using now, really.

That's weird. For me it doesn't work with any photo format, whether PNG, JPG or HEIC. They all don't work.

Same issue. I upgraded my iPhone 12 Pro Max from iOS 14 to iOS 15.0.2 and immediately lost ability to add images to comments. Apollo Pro on latest version, existing account. Only the iOS version has changed.
I made a shortcut to strip exif data and convert to jpeg and no change.

+1 I’m also seeing this issue when uploading images for a comment. Not sure if this is the same issue or different, my error text is also different.
