Poor Video / Gif quality on first playback #1664

Every gif and video I what got a poor quality (like 240p). But when the gif loops or I scroll back the video to the beginning, the quality is totall fine.

i have attached a video of this. The second loop of this has a much higher quality / less compression.

I have no data savers enabled. This occurs on Wi-Fi aswell as cellular.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Apollo Ultra subscriber here - this one is driving me nuts.
