The search bar can get stuck/stop working #2

Describe the bug With the search bar at the top of subreddits, sometimes it gets completely stuck up at the top (and can affect how tappable it is) and some other times it gets stuck in a state of being "partially visible" and won't actually become visible

To Reproduce Happens somewhat randomly when searching subreddits or pulling down the search bar

iOS version: 11.0+ Apollo version: 1.4.17 iOS device: iPhone X Jailbroken: No Reproducible: Sometimes

Expected behavior The search bar should stay below the status bar and not get stuck in a partially visible state

100% reproducible on my iPhone. Go to a subreddit > search from top > tap return/search > go back from the results page > search bar is at the top (can still click the search bar, but it has to be at the right spot)

iPhone XS Max 12.1.1 jailbroken on Chimera 1.0.4 Latest version of Apollo

Happened before the jailbreak was released.
