I'm seeing the same thing- I definitely have an active ultra sub, but the app can't find my receipt.

Present for me too, Christian. Pro + Ultra user. I’d like to be able to decline the refund.
I don't need a refund for my lifetime ultra subscription. This is the message I receive in the Apollo Ultra page. "No active unlock found 🤔"
