When playing a video Apollo will interrupt background audio (eg music, podcast) and not resume it #4

Describe the bug If you're playing background audio through a third-party app (eg: podcast, music, and not from Apple Music or Apple Podcasts, so for example Spotify or Overcast), when playing a video Apollo will pause the background audio (normal, expected) but once the video is closed it won't resume it (bad).

To Reproduce Play a song in Spotify, open a video, close the video

iOS version: 12.1 Apollo version: 1.4.17 iOS device: iPhone X Jailbroken: No Reproducible: Yes, every time

Expected behavior Background audio should resume from where it was paused once the video is closed
