Scrolling not working properly with external mouse #739

Describe the bug Scrolling on the posts page specifically, doesn’t work with external mouse but scrolling works fine on all the other pages.

To Reproduce Open Apollo and go to the posts tab

iOS version: iPadOS 13.5 Apollo version: 1.8 iOS device: iPad Pro 11” Jailbroken: Not jailbroken Reproducible: Happens every time for me

Expected behavior Expected page to scroll using scroll wheel

Additional context It worked fine before 1.8

Similar bug, except that scrolling doesn’t work ANYWHERE. Sometimes (like 1% of the time) when it works, it is still unusable because I can only scroll for a few comments and then can’t scroll up or down, no matter what I do. And no, it is not my mouse because it works in virtually every other app and it worked in this app before I updated.

Strangely enough I have a mouse that supports left and right gestures on top of it, which the app recognises normally when I am upvoting or downvoting a comment.
