GIF gets stuck in loop of just the final second #847

Describe the bug Once you watch this GIF, it doesn’t loop automatically back to the beginning. Instead, it starts looping only the final second of the GIF.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open this GIF in Apollo: https://reddit.com/r/iOSBeta/comments/hejccb/one_of_the_most_annoying_bugs_still_not_fixed/
  2. Watch until the end of the GIF
  3. See how the GIF loops iOS version: iOS 13.5.1 Apollo version: 1.8.4 iOS device: iPhone 8 Plus Jailbroken: No Reproducible: Yes

Expected Behaviour The GIF is supposed to loop back to the first frame. Additional context As far as I have seen so far, it seems to only be happening with this particular GIF
