Controls are doubled onLoad #15

With controls=true in v2.0, it initially loads with 2 sets of controls (see 
attached screenshot).  then, after something changes (for example, the controls 
are hidden then brought back), it goes back to normal.

Fixed in version 2.1 and uploaded.

The problem was because I changed event to add controls from "added" to 
"addedToStage" and the latter is getting fired twice by Flash Player. So 
changed the code not handle addedToStage after it is added first. Please let me 
know if it doesn't work for you.
