Configurable in the config file, per source:

ignore a certain repo (username/reponame)
ignore all forks?
maybe something else?

The use case for ignoring is stuff like https://github.com/christianspecht/PortableJekyll:

it's under my account, so it would be backed up
it just contains one tiny change, and I can't delete it because that change is part of an unmerged pull request
I don't want to backup the whole repo because it's a few hundred megabytes
