Account with certain role/capabilities not synced ?!

Account with certain role/capabilities not synced ?! #54

I've just realized that the account with some role/capabilities are not synced.

More precisely, I have created a wp role "organisation-manager" and have granted it all civi capabilities I could (but I may have missed some despite I don't think so). It appears that the wp account having this role are not synced. Removing the role is enough to see the account synced again.

I wonder if it a bug or on purpose and if on purpose why ?
