Bug? Doesn't work if the list is at the top of the document #19

I've tried with all themes. The plugin doesn't seem to work with the topmost list in edit view (though it works properly in read mode).

Hey! I'm having trouble to reproduce this issue myself. Can you please try and see if it's still an issue in the latest release (1.7.0). If that's the case, can you please provide some additional information how you're able to reproduce it.
