'Center on me' button placement

The placement at the end of the search bar caused confusion and it was treated as an 'enter' button

Acceptance Criteria:

• Move the center on me button to where the rest of the map controls are
• Change the color to map the map controls
• Add a 'Search' button to the end of the search bar.
